If hwDocsQamVideoMapStreamType is data or hwDocsQamVideoMapStreamType is mpts and hwDocsQamVideoMapMode is passthrough, the default value is -1, indicating that output programs' PMT PIDs are ignored; if hwDocsQamVideoMapStreamType is spts or hwDocsQamVideoMapStreamType is mpts and hwDocsQamVideoMapMode is not passthrough, when the user does not specify the pmt pid, the system will automatically allocate one.
