Indicates the nominal CP duration of EIS. This node is only valid under the OpenCAS protocol standard. The default value is 4294967295.
If the current protocol is the OpenCAS protocol standard and the queried node value is 4294967295, the EIS server has not issued a valid CP duration of the SCG.
		 If the current protocol is the ETSI protocol standard, the queried node is invalid and the value is 4294967295.
