hwDocsQamNGODEdgeDeviceVREPID

This attribute identifies the VREPID value of the edge device.
The VREP Identifier MUST uniquely identify this speaker/listener within its Streaming Zone. A 
given node MAY set the value of its VREP Identifier to an IPv4 address assigned to that 
device. The value of the VREP Identifier is determined on startup and MUST be the 
same for all peer connections. When comparing two VREP identifiers, the VREP 
Identifier is to be interpreted as a numerical 4-octet unsigned integer.
It is recommended that NGOD components set the VREP identifier to their IPv4 address
when no identifier is configured in the Nx interface
When hwDocsQamNGODEdgeDeviceVREPIDMode is localip(1), this attribute can't be modified and the value is the same with hwDocsQamNGODEdgeDeviceLocalAddress. 
When hwDocsQamNGODEdgeDeviceVREPIDMode is integer(2), this atrribute can be configured to any integer as the VREPID.
The default value is 0.
