Indicates the default trigger conditions for protection switching on input TSs. The format is 4 bits. 
A bit of this attribute is set to 1 if the parameter indicated by the comment was present in the protection switching, and to 0 otherwise. 
None of the trigger bit is set by default.
Bit 0 -indicates that the trigger condition is no-bitrate.
Bit 1 -indicates that the trigger condition is no-signal. 
Bit 2 -indicates that the trigger condition is pat-missing.
Bit 3 -indicates that the trigger condition is pmt-missing.
