If you do not specify the protocol type or set it to an invalid value, the protocol type is not matched.
Options:
1. tcp(1)      -indicates the protocol type is TCP.
2. udp(2)      -indicates the protocol type is UDP.
3. invalid(-1) -indicates the protocol type is not matched.
