Options: 
1. auth(1)     -indicates the user authentication attribute is auth
2. noauth(2)   -indicates the user authentication attribute is noauth,
                the user has authority to watch all programs.
3. invalid(-1) -indicates the user authentication attribute is invalid
Default: noauth(2)
