column r/w SNMPv2-TCRowStatus 
Operation of CreateAndGo can be used to have a port join the ERPS ring,
and operation of Destroy be used to have a port leave the ERPS ring.
Options:
1. active(1)      -indicates the query operation
2. createAndGo(4) -indicates creating an ERPS ring
3. destroy(6)     -indicates deleting an ERPS ring
