hwDhcpUserRowStatus

Indicates the row status, used to query and delete the DHCP proxy user. 
The set operation supports only destroy(6). 
During query, active(1) is fixedly returned for this leaf.
Options: 
1. active(1)  -when this leaf is queried, the value is fixed to active(1).
2. destroy(6) -delete a DHCP proxy user
