Used to set the delay time of software active, in unit of seconds. When you set hwUpgradeReserveTimeout, you also need to set hwUpgradeAdmin to upgradeSchedule(2). It is invalid to set both hwUpgradeReserveTimeout and hwUpgradeReserveDateTime. The hwUpgradeReserveTimeout value of -1 indicates the delay time of software active is not set.
