The message is reported if the current version of a board is inconsistent with the
version saved in the flash memory.
The contents of the message are as follows:
Current BIOS version of the board      3 bytes
BIOS version of the board in the flash   3 bytes
Current software version of the board      3 bytes
Software version of the board in the flash memory   3 bytes
