Port configuration table that describes the detailed information of physical ports in the board, including the type, status and rate of the port. This table must be implemented. The indexes of this table are hwFrameIndex, hwSlotIndex, hwSubslotIndex and hwPortIndex. hwFrameIndex refer to hwFrameTable, hwSlotIndex refer to hwSlotTable, hwSubslotIndex refer to hwSubslotTable.
