The frame link table indicates adding the index value to be assigned by the new link. This leaf is used to access an index ID of the next frame link dynamically assigned by the host before delivering the adding link. To deliver the adding link, the value of the leaf shall be accessed,and be delivered together with the frame link table. Otherwise, the host can not execute the operation and will return the error. Default: 0
