This object is used for setting the emergence call protection function.
If this object is set to enable, the system cannot be reset if the system is processing an emergence call.
Options:
1.disable(1)  -  Indicates that the emergence call is disabled.
2.enable(2)   -  Indicates that the emergence call is enabled.
