This object is responsible for managing the creation,
deletion and modification of rows, which support active
status and CreatAndGo, destroy operation.
To create a new row, hpnicfMplsPsGroupID, hpnicfMplsPsWorkLspName,
hpnicfMplsPsProtectLspName, hpnicfMplsPsRevertiveMode, hpnicfMplsPsWTR
and hpnicfMplsPsHoldOff must be specified.
