This notification will be generated when connecting with
database server fails. The hpnicfIDSTrapIPAddressType object describes
the IP address type of database server.  The hpnicfIDSTrapIPAddress
object describes the IP address of database server. The
hpnicfIDSTrapReasonForError describes reason of connecting failure.
