The table of rules and Rules statements applied to all incoming traffic at the post-routing phase - ie. both the inPort and outPort are available for classification When Diffserv is not in effect(ie. IPX, bridging, or IP when the global option for Diffserv is off), certain table parameters are not available(see below). The DiffServ option is enabled or disabled by setting rlDiffservModeEnabled.
