This object indicates the connectivity state of Multi-
Active-Detection (MAD) VLAN.
none (1) - When the MAD VLAN does not have any operational
port in all member switches.
full (2) - When the MAD VLAN has one up port
in all member switches.
partial (3) - When the MAD VLAN has some up ports but does not
have an operational port in all member switches.
