Returns the third part of the contents of the NVRAM
(Non-Volatile RAM) located in the scanner accessory.
Additional information:
Read bytes 80..119 of the NVRAM in the
scanner.  The Fujitsu Controller board has a 
total of 128 bytes of NVRAM.
