scalar mandatory SNMPv2-TCDisplayString 
Returns information describing the manufacture of the
I/O card installed in MIO/EIO slot 2.  May include
serial number and firmware revision.
Additional information:
The format of the string returned is determined by
the manufacturer of the EIO device. There is no standard for content of the
string.
