  Additional information:
  The MS-DOS volume label.  The volume
  label is writable.  Returns
  <noSuchName> status if attempting
  to perform a Get on this OID with no mass storage device installed.
  This object is settable and returns the empty 
  string if the mass storage device has not been initialized.  NOTE
  	   the RamDisk will lose this value after a PowerCycle.
