scalar mandatory r/w Integer32 
Changes a system partition to be READ-ONLY. The value is the		
volume number to change. If the volume number specified is NOT		
a system partition an error is returned.
Additional information:
Returns <noSuchName>
status if attempting to access this object and there
is no storage device is installed.
Returns <badValue> if the volume requested
		   is not present.
