A snapshot of the module sysUpTime at the time of the last update to the access profiles in effect. A value of 0 indicates that the hpicfUsrProfileLastUpdate object is not supported by the device and a fresh copy of the hpicfUsrProfileTable will always need to be obtained by the management application.
