This object indicates the cable length in meters 
of the cable pair as reported through cable
diagnostics.
              
A gigabit link must be present for this object
to be non zero.
              
Will be zero if not available or the transceiver
does not report this object.  
              
Accuracy is +/- 10 meters.
              
The value of this object is valid when the value of 
the hpicfXcvrDiagnostics object is VCT or other.
