This object indicates the distance in meters to
a fault in the cable pair as reported through cable
diagnostics.
              
Will be zero if no fault or the transceiver does not
report this object. 
              
Accuracy is +/- 2 meters.
              
The value of this object is valid when the value of 
the hpicfXcvrDiagnostics object is VCT or other.
