manager indicated by the corresponding instance of
either icfAuthMgrIpAddress or
icfAuthMgrIpxAddress, whichever is valid.
              
This table has been deprecated.  It is replaced by
the icfAuthMgrTable.  The trap destination
functionality has been replaced by the
hpicfTrapDestTable.
