given VLAN instance.
          
hpicfRpvstVlanIndex - 
        Vlan Instance to which BPDU belongs. 
hpicfRpvstPortNumber -
        Port ID where root-inconsistency occurred.
hpicfRpvstSuperiorBpduSrcMac -
        The source MAC address of the port sending
        superior BPDU. 
hpicfRpvstSuperiorBpduSrcPort - 
        Port belonging to the Bridge, which transmitted 
        the superior BPDU.
