This trap generated when an unexpected (errant) BPDU
has been received on a port. 
hpicfRpvstVlanIndex - VLAN instance to which BPDU belongs.
hpicfRpvstPortNumber -  Port ID on which BPDU received.
hpicfRpvstPortVlanErrantBpduRxCount -
         Total number of errant BPDU received on 
         the port which belongs to VLAN 
         hpicfRpvstVlanId.
hpicfRpvstPortState - State of this port.
hpicfRpvstPortVlanDesigBridge - 
         Designated Bridge that transmitted this BPDU.
hpicfRpvstDesignatedPort -
         Designated port of the Bridge that transmitted 
         this BPDU.
hpicfRpvstErrantBpduSrcMac- 
         Source MAC address of the port sending this  
         Errant trap. 
hpicfRpvstErrantBpduDetector - 
         The identifier of the feature generating 
         Errant BPDU Trap.
