The neighbor network address of this configured
static neighbor.  The type of address specified
by this entry is indicated by the corresponding
instance of the hpicfIpStaticNeighborNetAddrType
object.
              
An attempt to create a row in which the length
of this object is not consistent with the type
specified by hpicfIpStaticNeighborNetAddrType
must be rejected.
