Expiration string.  This is used in conjunction with
hpicfGppcv2AcExpPolicy to indicate when a policy
should expire automatically.
              
The value stored in this object is interpreted
differently for different expiration policies.  When
the expiration policy is 'permanent', this value is
ignored.
