The transport address of the node to download 
firmware from, formatted according to the value of
the associated instance of hpicfDownloadInetTAddressType.
An attempt to modify this value will fail if the 
associated hpicfDownloadInetStatus object would be 
equal to 'active' both before and after the 
modification attempt.
