scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object is used to enable or disable system time to
be associated with the debug log message.
true  - enable system time to be associated with
        the debug logs.
false - enable system Uptime to be associated with
        the debug logs.
By default, system Uptime will be associated with
the debug logs.
