hpicfBasicLogFilterEnable

Enables/disables log filter.
When the value of this object is 'enabled(1)'
every event message will be passed to this filter
for examination, and either accepted or rejected.
Only one filter can be enabled at a time. Filter
modules can be dynamically replaced, newly enabled
filter automatically disables the previous one.
