column r/w OctetString 
An encrypted form of the operator password. The exact
size of this object is implementation dependent;
consult the product documentation to determine the
supported size for a specific product.
This object may only be read or written when
hpSwitchAuthenticationEncryptCredentialsMethod is set to a
value other than none(0). At most one of
hpicfSwitchOperatorPassword and 
hpicfSwitchOperatorPasswordEncrypted may be set in any
transaction. This object should only be written with an
encrypted password previously read from a compatible
HP Networking device.
