PEM encoded X.509 certificate file name (RFC 1422),
if authentication type in 'hm2VpnConnIkeAuthType'
is 'individualx509'. This certificate is used for RSA based
authentication of remote peer at the local side.
This certificate binds the identity of remote peer
to its public key. It is optional because it is 
typically sent by the remote peer while negotiating an
ISAKMP/IKE security association.
The file needs to be uploaded separately.
