The source MAC address mask used in the MAC ACL classification. 
              
This mask value identifies the portion of the hm2AgentAclMacRuleSrcMacAddr
that is compared against a packet.
The 'don't care bits' are represented by binary 0's and 
'do care bits' are represented by binary 1's.
A non-contiguous mask value is 
permitted.
