reached. This has to be either an hm2AgentSwitchIpInterfaceIfIndex
or an hm2AgentSwitchIpVlanIfIndex.  Note that for physical interfaces
this only works if the corresponding
hm2AgentSwitchIpInterfaceRoutingMode is set to enable.
