Enumeration
Operational state of an entry. If a new entry is created by setting hm2RingCplRowStatus to create(1), the operState returns a value of underCreation(1). slave(2) indicates that switch is configured to be the slave of the ring coupling, that means the switch is in standby mode. master(3) indicates that a switch is configured to be the master of the ring coupling. local(4) indicates that the switch is configured to control a ring coupling where the coupling port and the partner port are located on the same switch.
