- index range with first and last index separated by hyphen
('10-15')
- comma separated list of index ('12,25,123')
- combination of the points above ('10,25-30,125,300')

address must be a number (in decimal format).
Following Originator addresses are defined:
<0..255> (only the selected Originator addresses will be allowed)
