Format: '[old password]|[new password]'
set password: '|[new password]'
change password: '[old password]|[new password]'
remove password: '[old password]|'
Valid password characters are any DisplayString characters except '|'.
When this object is read, the zero-length (empty) string is returned.
Setting the zero-length string has no effect.
