This object indicates the digit of phone number to be
sent to the destination.
0..31: Number of digits (that are extracted from the end of a number)
to be sent, in the range of 0 to 31. It is not greater than the total
number of digits of the called number.
65534: Sends all digits of a called number.
65535: Sends a truncated called number.
