If the value of 'hh3cRbacPolicyType' is 'vlan' or 'interface', the column 'hh3cRbacPolicyValue' is a four-octet-value which means vlan ID or IfIndex. If the value of 'hh3cRbacPolicyType' is 'vrf' or 'seczone', the column 'hh3cRbacPolicyValue' is a string indicating the name of the VRF or security zone.
