This object contains the send sequence number that
the tunnel peer has acknowledged for the control
channel. The flow control state can be determined
by subtracting the l2tpTunnelStatsTxSeq from
hh3cL2tpTStatsTxSeqAck and comparing this value
to hh3cL2tpTStatsCurrentRemoteRWS (taking into
consideration sequence number wraps).
