If the value of this object is set to 0.0.0.0,
hh3cDhcpServer2PoolEndAddr is set with 0.0.0.0 automatically.
Otherwise hh3cDhcpServer2PoolEndAddr must be set with
an IP address NOT smaller than the value of this object.
