Contains the High Capacity RMON extensions to the RMON-2 nlMatrixTopNEntry when nlMatrixTopNControlRateBase specifies a High Capacity TopN Report. These objects will be created by the agent for all nlMatrixTopNEntries associated with whichever nlMatrixTopNControlEntries have a nlMatrixTopNControlRateBase that specify a high capacity report.
