counted using the rules for counting the

If the value of alMatrixTopNControlRateBase is
alMatrixTopNTerminalsOctets, alMatrixTopNAllOctets,
alMatrixTopNTerminalsHighCapacityOctets, or
alMatrixTopNAllHighCapacityOctets, this variable will be used
to sort this report.
