controlling the trap function configuration.
The specific malformed packet detect is enbled if its corresponding
bit is set to 1; disabled its corresponding bit is set to 0.

bit3:  invalid packet length
bit4:  illegal IBSS and ESS
bit5:  invalid source address
bit6:  overflow EAPOL key length
