If the value of this object is 'enable', then
all entries on this VSAN in the h3cVsanFcIdPersistencyTable with
h3cVsanFcIdPersistencyType is 'dynamic' and
h3cVsanFcIdPersistencyUsed is 'false' are
purged from the persistency database.
