column SNMPv2-SMIGauge32 
This counter shows the average CPU utilization percentage
over all cores sampled every 5 seconds 
in case of a Node Controller C-PIC,
or shows the highest value from the Proxy CPU's utilization
and the average Slave CPU's utilization sampled every 5 seconds
in case of a Session Controller C-PIC.
