scalar SNMPv2-SMIGauge32 
The number of currently active GTP tunnels on the GGSN.
Each primary PDP context is counted twice for
signaling tunnel and payload tunnel,
and each secondary PDP context is counted once for
payload tunnel only,
as they share signaling tunnels with their primary PDP contexts.
