ggsnAttemptedSecondaryActivationIpv6

The number of secondary IPv6 PDP context activation procedures
initiated by the MS on this GGSN.
          
All GPRS session management statistics except
ggsnAttemptedSecondaryActivation, ggsnCompletedSecondaryActivation,
ggsnAttemptedSecondaryActivationIpv6, and
ggsnCompletedSecondaryActivationIpv6 will accumulate all 
pdp contexts, that is both secondary and primary.
          
Note: This counter cannot be retrieved by CLI.
